Venue Description:

We are delighted to be back at the Tower of London to install our summer marquee for the second summer season within the
moat. The venue combines a historic location, fully produced structure and outdoor space, and has become one of the most
sought after venues in London.
The stunning and innovative marquee design not only compliments the surroundings but also makes this venue a versatile
event space, suitable for any event brief, be it an awards dinner, networking evening or a staff summer party.
The exciting new marquee structure will be available from Wednesday 13th June – Sunday 15th July 2012 .

One of the biggest attractions of The Pavilion is its extensive private garden, with stunning views of the Tower of London itself. If
the weather is suitable, reception drinks will be served outside. In addition, an awning provides cover, while the open-fronted
design allows guests to enjoy the atmosphere and idyllic setting irrespective of the weather.
The garden will be decorated with stylish topiary surrounded by low seating, creating a sophisticated yet relaxed environment for
guests to enjoy .
There is a separate indoor reception area if the weather is bad and becomes a ideal chill-out area after dinner.

The dining area will be an open room with clean, crisp lines and can be curtained off during the reception, enabling a ‘reveal’
when dinner is announced. Its unique shape with sloping roof lends itself perfectly to projection for conferences or awards. This
simple but effective design is versatile and can be adapted to suit any style of event. The clear sightlines are perfectly suited to
more formal, business events and the distinctive shape of the internal space create an interesting and unique setting rarely
experienced in a temporary structure.
The Dance floor is housed in a purpose built area creating a more intimate disco experience.
