Founded in 1826 and based in Regent’s Park, ZSL London Zoo has been organising private Summer parties for nearly 200 years. All of our stylish suites and ‘rare for London’ outdoor spaces, look out onto exotic animals within 36 acres of zoological gardens. Animal House receptions and live Animal Encounters makes the experience we proudly provide, such a unique and meaningful one!

Two of the most stunning suites are the 240 guest Prince Albert Suite with it’s tranquil lawn and private terrace, and the elegant Mappin Pavilion which boasts floor to ceiling windows and up to 80 seated guests can look out onto wallabies and emus in their homely Outback.

An alternative to the traditional drinks reception, comes in the form of our world famous Animal Houses. A variety of rainforest lookouts and animal kingdoms can hold up to 350 guests, and are perfect for cocktails, canapés, buffets, and barbeques. A fun example would be arrival cocktails and canapés in Gorilla Kingdom, followed by a barbeque overlooking the ‘Outback’, and then dancing the night away in the Mappin Pavilion.

In order to add value to any type of event hosted at ZSL London Zoo, we offer your guests one hour’s complimentary access to the zoo which is perfect for a lunchtime stroll, and as mentioned, we offer live animal encounters! So whether it’s cleaning the pygmy hippo’s teeth, feeding the giraffes, or having Dana the lemur meet your guests on arrival, ZSL London Zoo offers a truly fun animal experience

To support your company’s Social Responsibility Policy or perhaps just for your peace of mind, by holding your event us you will see all profits go into directly helping critically endangered animals and their habitats around the world. You will also be supporting our dedicated ‘Green London’ policy.
