Venue Description:
The Craven Room is a flexible, stylish space that is ideal for your private dinner. Located on the ground floor this room is blank canvas that can be transformed by the use of coloured gel lighting and candle light. We can also further work with our specially selected suppliers to create a bespoke environment that reflects your individuality.
Like all areas in the club the Craven Room has air-conditioning and full disabled access. AV facilities can be provided should you wish to have a presentation.

Deposit
10% required to confirm booking, 90% remainder required 14 days prior to event. Should event confirm within 14 days 100% deposit will be required.
Cancellation
The Client may only terminate an event by notice in writing to the Company / the Venue. If you cancel your booking with us in its entirety, we will levy the following cancellation charges:
(a) Cancellation 30 days or less prior to the commencement of the event – 100% of the total event costs
(b) Cancellation 31 - 60 days prior to the commencement of the event –75% of total event costs
(c) Cancellation 61 - 90 days prior to the commencement of the event – 50% of the total event costs
(d) Cancellation 90 days or more prior to the commencement of the event – 25% of the total room hire and 10% of catering/agent cost
