Concept: the cocktail masterclass is ideal for a group of friends wanting to do something fun before their dinner or for corporate companies as a team bonding event. Available in the private room at either Bumpkin Notting Hill Gate or Bumpkin South Kensington.

Group Size: Minimum of 12 people up to 15 people.

Menus: There are various menus available alongside this class.

They include the:

1. 3 courses Banqueting Menu £35 p/p

2. 2 courses Banqueting Menu £26 p/p

3. Afternoon Tea Menu £22 p/p

4. 3 course menu £26 p/p (more limited menu than banqueting menu)

5. Sports package menu £22 p/p

6. Sandwich platters £18 p/p

Menus can be e-mailed upon request.

A service charge of 12.% is added to the final bill.

Class is dependent on them booking a dinner.

Format:

a) Cost would be £20 per person + cost of dinner.

b) host chooses 2 drinks from a list with our assistance

c) guests are given 15-20 minute talk on cocktails and cocktail making

d) Guests are shown how to make each drink and are given a little story about each drink. (25-30 minutes)

e) First cocktail goes out – this will be one of the drinks they will be shown how to make.

f) Guests then each get the chance to make their own drinks. (35-45 min). While this happens, a second cocktail is sent out.

g) guests sit for dinner

Timing: We could run this event during the day – late afternoon, or use it as a ‘cocktail reception’ for an evening function.

Mixologist: These classes are run by our expert Mixologist Steve Manktelow and his team, who have won numerous cocktail making awards and who have managed the cocktail development and training for the entire Ignite Group since 1998.
