Opened last year by Richard Weiss and his partners Romain Blanchard and Laurence Glayzer, these three gallant musketeers have brought to London the authentic traditional taste of fine Gallic cuisine that one remember from one’s first forays across the Channel. For example: Escargots à la Bourguinonne, Roasted Bone Marrow, Coquilles St Jacques followed by Sole Limande avec sa Sauce Nantua, Tartare de Boeuf, and Suprème de Poulet poché aux jeunes legumes…………
