Offering a very modern take on the traditional cuisine of northern Spain, Aqua Nueva is overseen by acclaimed chef Alberto Hernandez, who trained under the legendary Ferran Adria at what is widely considered to be the world’s finest restaurant, the three Michelin starred El Bulli in Catalonia.

The light-filled interior of Aqua Nueva has been designed to create a feeling of warmth and radiance complemented by creamy yellows and light wood textures. On the walls hang magnificently carved oak wood tiles that mimic traditional Spanish porcelain tiles, inspired by the bright Mediterranean sun. Additional statement pieces include 15,000 hand-crafted wooden beads which hang from the ceiling, akin to chandelier crystals.

Aqua Nueva offers the perfect environment for relaxed dinner parties and uniquely boasts two roof terraces providing unrivalled views across London’s rooftops.

The Glass Dining Room

We would suggest the semi-private ‘Glass dining room’ to provide the ideal setting for a group of 15 guests.
